We’re looking for a creative, community-minded business or concept to join our little corner of Wardensville, WV—right next to Dakota Glass Works (part of the Farms Work Wonders family.)

This isn’t your average listing. We’re not just looking for any tenant—we’re looking for the right tenant. Someone who sees the potential to add to the energy of our town and help shape something special. Think point-of-sale, foot-traffic-generating, and creatively aligned—like a café, workshop, small retail storefront, pop-up concept, art collective, or something we haven’t even thought of yet.

We’re especially excited about concepts that bring people in and invite them to linger. We’re less focused on service-oriented or office-based uses that don’t actively contribute to foot traffic or community engagement.
